Ideal for defined pieces of work such as climate risk analysis, transition planning, or disclosure support. We scope the project with you in detail and agree a clear fixed fee upfront, giving certainty on both cost and project outcomes.

DAY OR HALF-DAY RATES

Best suited to shorter, well-defined engagements, rapid reviews, immediate support, or for varied, long-term engagements. This option allows you to scale support up or down as needed.

RETAINED SUPPORT

For organisations requiring ongoing advisory support, regular reviews or recurring input, we can agree a retainer arrangement that provides continuity and predictable budgeting.
